I’m thinking about my unhealthy habits this morning. Eating too much carbs(sugars and otherwise) with diabetes. Tending not to get enough exercise. And vaping…
I know there is a lot of stuff against vaping these days and how bad it is, but I am having a hard time believing it is as bad as smoking, at least the way I vape.
I just take a short “pft pft”, not a huge long drag to the point where it starts to burn.
I remember when I smoked, waking up with the sore throat and cough, short on breath. It would take you a bit of time after waking up to get back to normal. And even then you had a cough occassionally throughout the day.
I can see their point maybe how some get more nicotine in vaping. This is probably dependant to some degree on how they vape.
Anyway, I don’t see the issues I used to with smoking with the cough and problems on awaking. But thats just me.
Don’t get me wrong. I am in no way saying its a healthy habit to start, just that , for me, I think it is an improvement over smoking.
Hey I’m glad you found something that works for you. Happy freaking birthday by the way. I’m super pleased to know you in my life and thank you for the amount of time you spend helping everyone here. You are indeed a kind person. Here’s to many more years of laughs and good times with you!!!
Honestly, I am not as nice as I used to be. I can kind of be a jerk sometimes, but I am trying to move back in that direction to some degree and not become Jaded.
Vaping is harm reduction compared to smoking cigarettes. vegetable glycerin, propelyne glycol, nicotine, and flavor heated to an aerosol form. you can buy lower mg nicotine liquid and vape at a lower wattage than what the coil wants to get less nicotine. I vape 3 mg nicotine at 50 watts. I’ll go lower and then switch to gum
