I live in the sticks and man loads of spiders this year. Luckily there are no poisonous ones native to Scotland.
I don’t kill house spiders I kinda figure they see me as their roommate and that would be an uncool thing for a roommate to do

I’ve seen a few spiders, and a few bumblebees have come in to the apartment, I have to chase them down with a glass and paper to catch them and set them free.

I’ll leave tiny spiders alone but larger spiders are exterminated.
I think I’m going to buy a bug trap and let them go free outside of the house.

There was just a spider on my arm. My ex got it off and my son in law killed it for it’s nerve.

This brought back a fond memory of my dad. He always insisted that (non-poisonous) house spiders shouldn’t be harmed. In fact, my dad was always happy to see house spiders in their webs that they built along the top corners of the windows inside the house. He figured that the spiders would keep the bug and fly population down.
One time my dad noticed that a second house spider had built a web along the same window that already had a spider and web. My dad carefully transplanted the new spider to another vacant window and it spun a new web there and lived happily ever after.

Lots of black widows, besides spiders I try to free all the trapped bugs, I want to save the spiders but black widows can be lethal.

I freak out from spiders, I had one on the wall in my room, I smashed it with a klinex. I don’t want it to get in my mouth when I am sleeping. Also idk what viruses and bacterias they can carry.

Yeah, we have black widow spiders where I live too. I go outside at night with a flashlight and a can of bug spray and check for black widow spiders around the wooden fence in the side yard. I try to keep that area free of black widow spiders since my little dog goes out there.

I tend not to kill spiders too. Who knows what they’re thinking and feeling right.

Had lots of spiders in my house the last two weeks. Yesterday was a huge one crawling across the living room floor.
