0.3 is a good dosage. Melatonin’s purpose is to induce sleepiness not knock you out like other drugs (Seroquel).
It doesn’t make me sleep though, even though I go to bed normal times. It just makes me relax. So I just take it to chill out.
My antidepressant citalipram makes me sleep though.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it’s a dud.
Same here. I noticed when I took it years ago it knocked me right out, but I think my tolerance was lower back then.
Yes I do find it relaxing however it puts me too sleep even if I’m watching stuff I like like archery tips YouTube videos on how to more affective catch certain fish also among other things I’ve never liked being tired or even falling asleep if I could do one thing unhealthy it would be never sleep I hate having to wait to be tired and stuff
I know sleeping sucks, but when I’m in the mood for a good sleep I do look forward to it, but I know what you mean.
