Yeah ofc. I’m thinking drum and bass.
I just strapped on some 1kg ankle weights and do an alternating standing kick for 20minutes.
My heartrate was elevated and broke a sweat.
when i run or walk for 2-3km my legs seize up from the risperidone, so jogging is out of the question, but managing the equivalent of 2km on the spot is just about manageable.
50 sit ups too.
Too injured for yoga as tendons in my left arm got busted.
I aim to do this twice a day.
Exercise is a real mood lifter I found. I have been feeling a little low recently and this exercise raised it.
Leg cramps are not from the risperidone. Leg cramps occur because you haven’t exercised your legs for a long time or the previous day you exercised and did not let your muscles recover. Go at a slower pace and increase incrementally.
Seriously dude,
Leg cramps are a rare side effect from risperidone.
No risperidone, no leg cramps for me…
Well, I understand side effects such as dry mouth or feeling light headed after ingesting the pill version of risperidone. Maybe your experience with “cause & effect” may be different??? In any case, the leg cramps should recede after a few hours and you should be able to continue walking/jogging after recovery of your muscles. Leg cramps are temporary and happen only at the beginning of an exercise regiment.
