hi im schizo.im ok now. i was taking 2mg risperidone for months…but lately pdoc reduced my dosage to 1mg…n had great excitement and urge to socialize .this lasted for a week only…i realy want that back.any one with same experience…please tell me what was the reason behind that temporary excitement
i changed from rispiridone to another drug and i had feelings re-emerge bc i think i was on the wrong med and over medicated, if you ever get symptoms again you should take something for it bc who knows what might happen

amisulpride but i’ve heard other people say it doesn’t work for them so it just depends on the person
When I came off my depot before starting clozapine I got incredibly fast and unrelenting thoughts. To the extent I didn’t want to sit down - I only wanted to walk around and talk. It felt good.

I started to become Manic when my pdoc lowered my risperdal dose down to about 1.5 mg.
Had to raise it back to 2.5mg, my current dose.
This was a while ago.
I suffer from bipolar/schizoaffective.
