Any medications that don’t cause weight gain?

I’ve been on Geodon for a year and a half and have not experienced weight gain from it. However, I’m experiencing some bad side effects from it.

My doctor said Vraylar causes little to no weight gain and I could try that. From what I read, it does cause weight gain and sometimes a lot. Insomnia is also a side effect of Vraylar. I can’t imagine having insomnia.

I saw a commercial that says Caplyta doesn’t cause weight gain, that it can cause weight loss. However, the Caplyta website said it does cause weight gain.

Anyway, have you heard of any medications that don’t cause weight gain?

There are 3 that supposedly dont cause weight gain. One is haldol. I cannot remember the other two. I think one might be lurasidone.

geodon, abilify, latuda, some of the first gens like haldol. most atypical ap’s cause weight gain except for the three i mentioned but even those can cause it for some people
