Both of Mark Vonnegut’s books: “The Eden Express”, and “Just Like Someone Without Mental Illness Only More” So. I didn’t relate to everything he experienced, but enjoyed reading his experience.

for first-person accounts of fellow schizophrenia patients that are no full-length books, you could also look into the archives of the Schizophrenia Bulletin. It is a research journal, and the studies are also interesting, but it also features first personal accounts that are typically well-written. I think all can be read for free on their site.
