if you want to know what my delusional journey was like you can buy my autobiography on amazon. It’s called OUT OF IT - An autobiography on the experience of schizophrenia…if you put “schizophrenia autobiography” in the search window my book is about twenty down from the top. it’s anonymous.

Some times reading biographies and autobiographical books cause distress for me. It brings up difficult things for me to process

I really enjoyed the Eden Express… I find it comforting to read metal health books as long as there not manuals but more of stories…

I tell him stuff and he’s like “that’s amazing!” … he has other sz patients but he thinks my story can help people. I just think he doesn’t know ENOUGH sz people
