Any complications managing high sugar from diabetes and anti-psychotic meds?

I didn’t know it was 10 years.

I know its very rare but its still 4-5x more than normal ppl:

“Another study found about 8-10% of people with schizophrenia had committed a violent act in the past year compared to 2% of the general population.”

I am not saying the mentally ill is violent.
The mentally ill can be more violent than normal ppl in some circumstances.

This is an interesting read.

Yea most mentally ill are not violent but still more than normal ppl.

“Most individuals with psychiatric disorders are not violent. Although a subset of people with psychiatric disorders commit assaults and violent crimes”

Mood disorder patients are more violent:

“About 11% of people in prison for homicide have schizophrenia and 21% have mood disorders.”

Here in Canada we have many crimes that ended with the insanity defense. A dr killed all his family and was only sent to mental hospital. Another guy opened the skull of a women in a bus with a hammer and ate her brain. He was only sent for a year in mental hospital.

Its psychiatrists, judges and mental health lawyers that decide if a mentally ill is really a criminal. My psychology teacher was a forensic psychologist and told us that a mentally ill women drawned her 2 babies in a bathtub and another guy who was sleep walking killed someone while driving. Some were guilty some were not.

They take into consideration if you were taking meds and if you were stable. Its very very complicated.

I must protect my family against my randomly weird dangerous harm OCD and that’s why I take my meds and sustain from the use of alcohol.
