Any amount of alcohol consumption harmful to the brain, finds study

Maybe so, but there is still a huge difference between moderate drinking and alcoholic drinking. A therapist once told me that ten percent of the drinkers in America drink ninety percent of the alcohol. Alcoholics can drink stupendous amounts of alcohol. When I was drinking I would start in the morning, and before I went to bed at night I would have drank over thirty beers. I’d do that six or seven days in a row, and then have a terrible hangover. I’d also get the shakes. One time I somehow figured out through my brilliant logic that the nuclear missiles had been launched, and our missiles were headed towards Russia, and Russia’s missiles were headed towards us. I was wondering if it would do any good to crawl under the bed. … The brain has marvelous recuperative powers. It can’t generate new cells, but it uses such a small fraction of the cells that it has, so that unused cells can come in when other brain cells are destroyed.

One minute it’s bad the next minute its good. Guess everyone is different.

One of the oldest woman to live drank a glass of whiskey every night in the evening.

Even orange juice contains alcohol, and many other foods.

I thought I’d have been more depressed having giving up alcohol 4 weeks ago, but luckily it has been ok so far.

No way man, you’ll likely feel better if you give up alcohol.

Alcohol can be a depressant. I only drink now and then but when I do I’m depressed the next day.

Please speak to a doctor if you think you have high homocysteine. Don’t just take iron supplements. Get iron from food because supplements can be dangerous.

I’m simply just posting about what I’ve googled. Lol

Sorry, replied to the wrong thread lol
