I was having some terrible anxiety earlier. But I took my loxapine and abilify and feel better now. Oh what a night.

I’m having not the greatest day, so I just decided to call it… I’ll probably not sleep for awhile, and maybe I’ll be up again at 2:30-3:00, but I just needed to end this day.
I hope you swing back up to a better frame of mind soon.
