Anxiety at Night

I normally take a bath with some nice smelling bubble bath and listen to music, that normally calms me down.

If I’m alone in the house when my mum is working night shifts I also get anxious and distractions help me somewhat. That can be watching the TV or YouTube videos for example. I also tend to go to bed early on those nights and sleep it off.

I get up 5 am
I take clozapine 6pm go bed 7pm
The late afternoon and evening I am more relaxed myself
I have anxiety most the rest of day

I’ve recently been struggling with anxiety at night, too. Especially since my parents are out of town. I just lay down and watch TV, hopefully falling asleep fast. Sorry, I don’t know of any good coping mechanisms…
