Antidepressant experiences

I tried quite a few.

Right now I’m on citalopram. I like it a lot.

I can’t take SNRIs though. They make me nuts!

30 mg of cymbalta with 20 mg of buspirone daily are an atomic bomb against my dépression without side effets.
I tried prozac before without effects on my dépression.
Add buspirone with an antidepressant IS a good option according my psychiatrist.
Buspirone IS different of benzodiazepines because you must not increase the dose more and more and the withdrawal IS easy.

I know it’s not technically a “antidepressant” but lamictal helps my mood especially the depression I suffer from better than anything else

None of the antidepressants I’ve taken has ever helped except Wellbutrin and I don’t think it does much

I take Luvox it’s for OCD but I guess it helps depression too.

Do you have insomnia from it?

Nope, though I am on Haldol.

Does Haldol make you tired?

Yeah, puts me to sleep.

I take Paxil. It helps with my PTSD but it makes me tired. I am hoping the tiredness goes away.

Thank you everyone for the input. I asked my nurse about it, and she emailed the doctor and he’s onto finding me one that works for me
