its been over a week since i stopped cannabis and the withdrawal is hitting hard at times. What anti anxiety meds are you on? I’m on Klonopin 3x a day, which helps with my anxiety + talking to my therapist. Thinking of increasing doses or switching meds or adding a adjunct to fill in the “time” i feel like ■■■■/anxious. I wish I just felt good and didn’t feel incoming waves of sh*t.

Risperdal 3mg without anxiety
I take Clonazepam, as needed. I think it’s the same thing as Klonopin. It helps. I don’t take it every day, though, because I don’t want to be dependent on it. Plus, I don’t want to build a tolerance to it.
I just use it when I really, really need to.

I’m on fluvoxamine for anxiety and depression. Doesn’t help a great deal.
300mg lyrica twice a day for anxiety and .5 clonazepam as needed
I take Valium 2 mg twice a day for anxiety. As for your abstinence, I think it’ll get easier after time, just wait it out.

I’m on 1.5mg of clonazepam (klonopin) every night before bed for insomnia, but as a “side effect” I am always calm and relaxed. Anxiety isn’t really a problem for me anymore like it used to be 20 years ago.
