So I’m taking harder courses this semester and my anxiety meds are starting to call it quits. What works for you? Also I refuse to take benzos

They put me on sertraline for anxiety and I vape cbd oil. I do take the odd benzo though.

I take one Klonopin a day.
I take Clonazepam as prescribed everyday and Lorazepam as a PRN. But I know you don’t like benzos. I also take buspar everyday. That might be a good option for you.

I am going to ask my doctor for Clonazapam 0.5 mg prn. If he won’t give me that I may buy a bottle of whiskey and take a shot when I have severe anxiety at home. I thought of this tonight. It’s not ideal, but my anxiety is severe, with hyperventilation, light-headedness, tingling hands, and the anxiety itself.

When I’m anxious, I call one of my brothers, and he gets me to laugh.

Good on you for refusing benzos. They are dangerous drugs and coming off of them is difficult. Horrible withdrawals.

Yes because it is one. 
I can only recommend a benzo, a cigarette, or an anti depressant.

Zoloft seems to be helping me for anxiety as well as other things
