Another weekend

I have a goal to lose some weight and so I try to exercise during this weekend. And you?

Sounds good. I will probably relax for much of it. I just had a week off, so back to work on Monday

Exercising is always good, it is already another Friday evening here and I may exercise already now. Just came to the forum to chat, my food selection might not have been so good, chips and some bread with orange juice.

I lost four lbs this week so I’m quite proud of myself. I want to lose more by the time I go to my dietitian on Tuesday, though. This weekend is all about relaxing and spending time with the family.

Saturday I will go for a walk weather permitting
Sundays I have a day off

Exercising is always beneficial. You seem to be pretty active @mjseu. That’s really inspiring.

I’m actually losing weight continously even though I am not exercising. My doctors say that it’s the effect of my physical condition.
I just have to maintain my weight. I feel weak all the time.
(Thankfully, I’m at a good weight these days!)
