Got banned for a week for some stuff I posted. I joined a gym last week and have been doing beginning strength training and cardiovascular exercise. My doctor says I have to watch what I eat, exercise, and loose weight to keep my cholesterol under control. I decided I don’t want to die like Mother did, crippled up and in a nursing home. Things are working themselves out with my new schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at the gym.
I joined a gym the other week too, it’s turning out to be a great decision. Good for us.
I’ve been getting some really good results for physical and mental health by greatly increasing exercising! Keep on keeping on. It sounds like it’s a good path to be on!
