If you have the money, you should buy yourself something nice. Like a coloring book or new nail polish, or something else that interests you. You’re dealing with a lot right now, and you deserve to reward yourself for handling it all so well.

ughh man im sick of everything too, ■■■■■■■ people are annoying even my own family. I have been hearing voices now again for the past couple of days and they have slowly been convincing me my wife hates me and is going to kick me out of the house.I know they are not real but man they sure can ■■■■ with your head.

That’s a really good suggestion. It really does sound like your dealing with a lot. Maybe something creative will distract you from it a little. Doing art last week distracted me from paranoid thoughts.
