I just read the news thats awful. If there were no guns no one would get shot. Japan knows whats up with mentality towards guns. They have maybe 10 gun violence deaths a year in the whole country.

Watching the news conference today, governor is talking about mental illness instead of gun control, even tho there has been no indication that the shooter is mentally ill.

What makes me mad is they say MI is the problem but then offer no solutions. The far-righters are saying it’s pussification of the nation, like if we started beating kids again, maybe they’d be less mentally ill. God, the ■■■■■■ up people I grew up with.

I’m afraid of what a normie solution would be. I’ve been afraid of being put in a gulag for being MI if things ever get that bad.
I’ve heard people mention firing squads before.
Okay, let’s just pat these people on the back and not egg them on to find a solution. Maybe they’ll keep pointing out problems and not bother with the second step.
Of course, when politicians and journalists point out MI as a problem, it’s a dog whistle for these extreme people who want to do stuff like that.
Yeah, no, I mean I’ve seriously heard that right in front of my face. It’s disturbing. It will take some massive overhaul still to remove the stigma around MI to the point that we can be compassionate. 
I hope as the millennial generation grows, we can achieve some change.

Have you ever noticed how if a mass murder happens they change what they say with regards to the shooters skin color?
White shooter is mentally ill
Black shooter is a thug
Brown shooter is a terrorist

I dunno, I don’t pay much attention to skin color when something scarily ■■■■■■ up happens. If somebody opened fire on me, the last thing on my mind is their skin color.
That’s good, you should see about educating your news stations so they don’t racially profile others.

America needs to restrict guns and make it much harder to get guns by implementing gun training classes and limiting the types of guns you can buy. And doing mental health evaluations on people. And restrict the 2nd amendment majorly. You can still have the right to a gun but you need to do this this and this and that before you can be certified to own a firearm. Just my 2 cents. Coming from a country (Germany) that has very restricted gun control laws and we like never have school shootings or killing sprees out in public in general, at least no where as near at all as America.
