It’s a party for all of the people who attend the clinic the hospital where I receive my psych care. It’s also at the hospital, so there’s no where to run when I feel overwhelmed or just not interested in talking.

How did the family party go @PeteQ?
The party just finished. I tried my best to avoid everyone just because it feels awkward to talk about life. I have nothing positive to say. Other than that, my parents said they had a good time. Thank you for asking, by the way @anon84763962
