I do not enjoy being with crowds of people, and today my family is having a big “get together.” I just hope my symptoms don’t pay me a visit because only a few people in my family know about my diagnosis. Well, he goes nothing.

Good luck @PeteQ. You survived a party a couple of weeks ago I remember, I’m sure you will be fine today, but I wish you luck all the same. Family parties can be taxing.

Try to have a safe plan - if it gets overwhelming somehow you can get away from them for a little bit to recoup, If it is an inside party, you can go outside to walk in the air for a little bit. Or worst case - bathroom break. Good luck!

Party is going well so far. I think I’m getting better, plus I have a “safe place” inside to relax in peace
