It’s hit or miss with me, depending on how bad I feel, but I prefer eating at home than dining out.

I had vegetables lasagna and it was mush

I’m sorry your dinner was bad. I hope you go out again and it’s a better experience. I can socialize but it’s exhausting and all I can think of is how fake and idiotic everyone is and how I can’t wait to get home to the safety of my bed. I wish I didn’t have to be like this, but that’s the way it is. I’m just not a social person really unless it’s from the comfort of my home on the internet. Then I’ll talk your ear off.

I can’t socialize at all really I have completely isolated my self and have lost all my friends. I cant walk my dog, go to the shop go to school etc.

Good job going out! The fact that you even tried is a victory in itself. I go out once or twice a month to meet a friend for lunch or coffee. That’s about the extent of my social life. I don’t think i could handle much more than that.

I’m so glad you got out for while. You are very brave. I too have issues with crowds and noisy music. I avoid those things because they cause for symptoms for me. You should be proud of yourself!!!

Whenever I go to the cafe or anywhere really I hear people reading my mind, I am so used to it now that it doesn’t bother me as much. It is a lot worse in unfamiliar places so I like to have a friend or support worker with me.
