this is only day 2 but my quit is spiritual this time…and it is really making a difference.

Good for you @jukebox. It is never easy giving up smoking. Both my parents used to smoke, and it took them perhaps a couple of years before they eventually stopped. It is really hard, but if you have a strong motivating factor - such as you with the spirituality, then you should have a higher chance of succeeding. Good luck, and keep up the good work.

Congrats jukebox!! I heard cigarets are more addictive that cocaine. It must be difficult to quit, but I have faith in you. You are strong. You can do this!!
