Ancestry more accurate than 23andme

My friend was asking me about my heritage, and I told him my dad was Cajun French from Louisiana. Ancestry correctly identified me as Cajun while 23andme said German and British. I found this interesting.

I’ve only done ancestry. I was surprised to learn I’m part Swedish.

Also, ancestry regularly changes your results based on current research. They update the results fairly often

Thanks firemonkey.

Yeah, I’ve heard Ancestry is fairly accurate.

I got mostly Scottish on my results. Also I got 1% North African which I find really interesting.
