An ap that acts as a mood stabilizer?

I dont want to take mood stabilizer I there an ap that can substitute for mood stabilizer. I currently take abilify and lamictal do you guys think abilify alone can treat my schizoaffective bipolar type.

Any antipsychotic would probably stabilize moods. Seroquel definitely acts as a mood stabilizer for me.

I was told seroquel does something to mood by my cpn and pdoc. Dunno if it’s more antidepressant rather than mood stabiliser though.

Most of your atypical AP’s have mood stabilizing properties.

I take olanzapine as an antidepressant it’s an AP. Take a small dose - 5mg
I use it along with amisulpride which is for my psychosis
