was it the case for you? i am really afraid from comparision now… i still see my schizophrenic friends as superior to me. they seem all more free than me… and me,i am stuck here with my complexes and fears…am i in depression? plus, i am really afraid from people who talk to me against my meds. it make me feel like i am some dumb idiot who takes god only knows what…

Some antipsychotics also act as mood stabilizers, and some do not. Which one are you on again? I forget.
Mine has helped after a little tweaking but it has taken time. Im om rexulti amd seroquel.

I am on Zyprexa. I really expect from it to lift up my paranoia. to lift upmy mood. for the moment there is some improvement on my fears. in the day I am slightly better wow 
but the fear in my soul is still here…
Zyprexa is cleared for use as a mood stabilizer in people with bipolar disorder, but it typically only treats mania, not depression. That may be why you’re still feeling depressed. But it has been helping you in other ways, and that is great.

Yes actually. Abilify did. I didn’t actually realize how much it was stabilizing my depression until I went off it and disaster struck.
I am on a small dose of Olanzapine (Zyprexa) and it helps with my depression. A larger dose, however, worsens it. I take 2.5mg of it along with my main med amisulpride.
I’m on 50mg of olanzapine at night. High dose!! I’m also on an antidepressant though so it’s hard to know which is doing what.
