I sleep until 5-6 hours. I used to sleep maybe 10-12 hours when I was on Zyprexa, I only wanted to sleep, day and night… 
u need to have a graduation degree …then maybe u can do a software course from an institute…or may be opt for self learning through internet…there are many technologies eg. java,.net,php and many more,u can google and check .these are some websites where u can learn from home …www.tutorialspoint,www.w3schools.com,or may be u can watch youtube tutorial videos …main thing is practice …all da best go pursue ur dreams…any more advice let me know …
