The whole process seems so daunting and it is loaded against you from the start. I don’t think I can take the stress of it.
I think it’s worth trying if possible. Maybe see if someone from the mental health team can do the forms for you like one did for me
I didn’t want to apply because of potential stress and thinking I wasn’t going to get awarded it anyway, in the end they gave me basic rate in both categories without any face to face
i managed to get PIP ,the forms a total nightmare to fill in …it also helps to get an opinion from your medical professional to back up your claim
I applied and didn’t get it. Ita why I’m forced to work jobs I can’t do and can’t stick to.

Took me two attempts to get it. Tho for the most part my social worker filled most of the form in for me, i just signed it. No idea what he wrote. Mind you - they are sending me to a medical assesment after having it for a year, so knowing my luck i will lose it again. Yes, your right - it is stressful applying for it! I
