Before meds APs, i always have trouble acting normal, even on meds i don’t come across well

Ive always been super sensitive to other people and the way i look. I always try so hard to fit in that now ive excluded myself because its less draining

I think people are telepathic often
I think there thinking the worst
Im self conscious as well
None of it leaves me feeling comfortable
Im best keeping to myself
