I’ve been off benzos for nearly a year now. Could this be some kind of post acute withdrawal syndrome.
Or am I simply feeling really bad and a benzo would help.
Seeing as I’m actually craving a benzo I think there’s a good chance it’s a little bit of withdrawal rearing it’s head.

I’ve only been on cloneazepam and that’s what I’ve been thinking of.

Yeah im giving up to this freaking addiction. Started with 6mg now im on 9 and I know its only getting worse. But I didn’t find anything equally cheap and effective to get me sleep.
I’m an alcoholic so I can’t touch drink unfortunately! But good idea otherwise.
I thought you were off benzos ! 
It was a long time ago. Maybe a year ago after hospitalisation. But I ain’t getting back to the hospital again.
I doubt your going through withdrawals.
It’s just that your feeling stressed and craving some relief.
