Photoshoppers are usually photographers, likely highly skilled illustrators painters retouchers even have to develop an eye and skill.
Right now you can’t prompt AI to make minor changes - but that will probably be around the corner.
I guess photoshop has been getting easier and easier, but I think built in cameras are gonna replace photoshop with those basic touch up tools already by google and Samsung.
I’m just saying I wouldn’t have spent thousands of hours as a kid learning to draw, and
Wouldn’t recommend young artists wasting their time learning to draw or be an artist if unless they become an art director, spend thousands of human hours to learn and not find work.
My daughter is an artist who is finishing her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing in April. She has a full-time job lined up with the town we live in running their social media. She is already doing it part-time. Some of the stuff she makes herself and some she has AI generate for her, which she touches up before posting. The town loves her because she’s doing more, better, and faster than her predecessor. Being an artist gives you an edge with AI that I suspect non-artists will lack.
