After I finish the coffee left in the flat I am going to stick to tea - a lot calmer

Coffee is a pretty psychotropic brew. I get why people like it but I think in my case it is too strong for my fragile constitution. Tea is calmer by far.

I’m to the point where I can only drink one cup and half the time I skip that. I’m better off with tea or diet soda for just a little caffeine. I look back at the past and can’t believe I used to drink 8 shots of espresso to gear up for the night shift at the casino. How did I not have a heart attack?

Never had amphetamines but I reckon 8 shots of coffee is close to taking speed. Wow!

I’m done with coffee as well. Have a lot of tea, but rarely drink it anymore.

I’m going to watch as much as possible. 6 days away I think. It doesn’t matter to me who wins.

I’ve been drinking black coffee and I can’t tolerate even 2 cups.
Coffee has been contributing to me mood cycling a bit more these last couple of days.

This morning I heard someone knocking on my bedroom door.
It was an auditory hallucination.

Coffee makes me anxious and keeps me up at night. I used to drink a few cups of it at night hanging out at the coffee shop when I was younger and it never bothered me. It’s funny how things change.

I recently bought some chamomile k-cups to use in my keurig, but they don’t taste very good made that way. I’m kind of regretting my keurig purchase to be honest because I’ve discovered that anything from a k-cup tastes slightly off, at least I think so.

I could never go without my decaffeinated coffee. I drink it all day and evening long.

I wish I had a flat, or lived somewhere, where they call it one
