I’m still calorie counting, but I’m not sticking to my calorie limit. I’m overeating.
It’s been this way for a month.
Hopefully I can get back on the wagon.
I’m not sure what’s gone wrong

I found calorie counting to be tiring.
I simply didn’t have the conviction to keep doing it.
Try to go by feel for a while, but don’t sabotage the progress…
Calorie counting is stressful
I have got the same problem
I’ve a good calorie counting app , so I quite enjoy it. It’s like a game.
But like I said, I have to get back in the wagon somehow.
When I was calorie counting I was replacing lunch with a Huel shake. Helped to stay within the right numbers.
Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t do it.
But… I wish you the best of it’s, something you really wanna be successful at.
Im taking mirtazapine for sleep and it’s really got me craving sweets.
I’ve got the opposite problem. I’m also calorie counting but I can’t make myself eat more than like 800 calories max:( Eating disorder in full effect.
I’m sorry I don’t have any suggestions that would be more helpful than hurtful.
Coincientally timed with giving up vaping.
Give yourself a break and don’t beat yourself up over it.
It is quite simple to get calorie counting again. So get to it.
I’m overeating too. I did so good for so long. It’s so hard to stick to it for life.
I lose 5 pounds every six months at the doctor’s office…I only eat stuff like canned black eyed peas, canned peas, chicken and noodles, spaghetti, with marinara meat sauce…stuff like that…since I don’t enjoy my food I get to watch how much I eat…I have to watch out for dorito nacho cheese chips, or ice cream.
I have been dieting for over 6 months, I hope I can keep at it
Cold weather makes me want to eat more like comfort. I had bananas and custard before it was yummy
I’ve been overeating because of reading about stressful events unfolding on the world stage. I won’t say what these are (I don’t want to start any debates), but it’s hard to know how much news to shut out with all the click bait articles online. I wonder if I should shut it out, but I don’t want get blind-sided either.
Keep us posted.
I’m trying too. I was eating healthy for a year and was at a good weight and a1c level. Now I’m overweight and a1c is not good.
I started last week and have not had sugar. So far so good.
It’s not too late to get your diet back in order. I think it’s great that you found a calorie counting app that you like. I found that I get a tad obsessive over them (ie completely and totally obsessed) and found it healthier for me to avoid them. So seriously- good for you for getting to that point! I wish you the best of luck.
