Diet being derailed

I’m currently on 2000 calories a day and can’t handle it and end up binging. I’ll let y’all know if I find a solution other than upping my calories. Dieting isn’t easy.

Mine isn’t going well either, I basically stopped it altogether. Need to go on with it.

My dieting isn’t going well either. I’m still using mfp to count calories and they just keep adding up. I think I’m eating to stuff my emotions.

Don’t eat meats. ounce for ounce they have the most calories. Rather eat carbs. Low calories.

I can’t imagine not eating meat. We hardly ever eat beef, usually chicken, pork or fish. But I ate a whole bag of chips 2days in a row each one with about 1000 calories. I can’t seem to eat healthy lately. Healthy food takes to long to prepare.

I’ve been dieting for over 4 years of my life and I’m 25 and started when I was 19. The last time I lost 65 pounds and have kept it off for 1,5 years. Idk, maybe I don’t like food as much, but I feel super guilty not only after binging but while I’m doing it also. Calorie counting has never worked for me. You would not believe what I used to do to lose weight. Currently I’m on a vegan diet and it’s much easier than some of the diets I’ve done in the past.

I think one should avoid buying unhealthy stuff in the first place, then late at night you won’t even be able to cheat or it will be too much of a hassle to do it. That’s what I do.

I’d rather have meat than anything else. Just give me the meat man. :meat_on_bone: :poultry_leg:
