Advice on TRT? (Help me out guys)

28 year old male. Had low T for maybe 5-6 years. Always towards the low of the range like 200ng/dl.

Should I do it? What are the side effects? Will hcg prevent infertility?

Could I cycle it for 6 months and then come off? If my body fat goes down (108kg down to 85kg in 6 months) my natural T will be higher right? i just want 500-600ng/dl and normal free testosterone levels as well.

Energy seems OK atm. Prolactin was high in the past on antipsychotics.

Paliperidone wears off in two days.

Taking tongkat ali daily which supposedly increases lutenizing hormone and increases free
testosterone.

Getting blood work done again very soon (full hormone profile)

and will see an endocrinologist.

I don’t think age is a problem with this.

Low T is Low T, it could be ruining my life. And to be 108kg I would expect someone to eat 4k kcal a day. I’m only on around 2500 to 3000kcal and working out 4 days a week. One day a week slow cardio.

Thanks guys.

i have no idea about this stuff. just wondering though are you overweight? I know loosing weight significantly raises testosterone.

Sounds like a great question to ask a medical expert and not random Net strangers.

Apparently I was 12.4nmol/358ng/dl back in october. Meds were still active in my system and I had barely started Tongkat Ali, so I’m thinking off meds I might be in the 500-700ng/dl range which is normal.

Screw it I’m not getting trt. Too much hassle and infertility.

Yeah I defo don’t want to lose my hair. I’m growing it shoulder length as well.

I had some sexual dysfunction on meds,

but mostly I feel fine, though my libido is nowhere near what it used to be.
