I think your action plan should be to hire someone who can decipher your support worker’s handwriting. :wink:

she was going to type it up for me but they are very busy just now so i thought it was ok to just copy it as is bc i didnt think it was that bad tbh, i can read it fine lol

i might type it up myself some time but i am pretty busy as well lol

I have done exercises like this with my counselors over the years and I think it has moved me forward, step by step. You may not get to each and every point, but your attitude may show an improvement.

It’s a step in the right direction tbh, wish I had done it earlier though,

only thing is I thought it was a good exercise but I look at it and it doesn’t seem real, it’s just like a piece of paper with words on

My support worker said she would help me work through it and then re-evaluate in a months time,

she said she’d help with the budgeting and I’ve to attend a relaxation class too.

It’s a really good start though :blush:

Get out there and do it matey. Tick off the boxes and be proud of what you can do. It’s something you can’t achieve so tell us how you go with it!
