Acetylcholine responsible for?

Is acetylcholine increase responsible for living “in the moment?” Increase in creativity? Like short bursts of exercise release acetylcholine or is it something else? Besides endorphins dopamine etc…Still just trying to interpret how something like KARxt would affect people.

Also wondering if it on the other end of the spectrum is more of a KOR opioid thing connection…don’t know

Anyway I got accepted to the clinical trials for the drug in Washington so will be testing the drug

When I first started showing signs of Tardive Dyskinesia, my nutritionist had me take Phosphatidyl Choline as it would give the precursors for my body to make Acetylcholine.

It’s essential for basic bodily functions, and all anti medications, including antipsychotics deplete it from the body, so it’s a good idea to supplement it.

Low acetylcholine can lead to brain fog, mental confusion, delirium, blurred vision, memory loss and hallucinations

Definitely not as simple as that. This guy is crazy but gives a decent overview.

Absolutely will do unless they make me sign an NDA lol. Need to surely spread the word about this drug. Everybody’s so positive about it

It doesn’t affect dopamine directly, but it does affect dop indirectly via the musacrinic receptors. Supposedly it does not affect dopamine in the other brain pathways, hence no classical ap sides (weight gain, mvmt disorder, prolactin).

Also, I read on Leo’s website (guy in video above) that vanderbilt was able to modify the compound ms chemical structure to not have antidopaminergic effects, or something like that. Which, would have not much use for us here i think lol.
