I saw some reports about Xanomeline-trospium (KarXT) on Chinese media. It is said to be a groundbreaking new antipsychotics as it is not via blocking dopamines.
I don’t come here everyday so maybe I missed out on the discussions on this new med.

These results support the potential for KarXT to represent a new class of effective and well tolerated antipsychotic medicines based on activating muscarinic receptors, not the D2 dopamine receptor-blocking mechanism of all current antipsychotic medications
