I’m losing weight because something has definitely killed off my appetite. The low BMI has to do with my physical disability, not sz.

Yes, 600mg Seroquel, I work out.

I always had too low a BMI. Was slim and atletic. After zyprexa i had a different metabolism and had a slightly too high BMI. At a certain point i changed to haldol. I also was very depressed, almost stopped eating for a month or so, lost 10kg and was in the normal range again. I dont think that is recommendable though. I also use walking and bicycle to go to places, no car.

When i had a very healthy diet for a month i lost more weight still. I have a bit of a belly and wish to lose. And im looking for a sport. I think my BMI is 23 or so now and i wear size M.

I am somewhat overweight after I started zyprexa. I find it hard to shed weight, but at least I’m stable.

I don’t think BMI is fair to judge everyone though. If a person is broad shouldered or big boned they are supposed to weigh more than a average built person.

Acceptable BMI is still a theoretical number for me. Working on it.

I came from BMI 30 to BMI 22.5 on 20+ mg of Olanzapine. I used a low fat low carb diet except for the weekends. I now introduced some carbs back for pleasure since a few months and maintain a stable weight. I could do with maybe 2kg less but Im happy this way. I do still eat my extra veggie-only meal each day to tame the hunger. I total around 1.5 kg of veggies each day, I eat big meals.

My BMI is 16, I’m on Latuda.

Ap supposed to make you really hungry though

I’ve moved from Obese to Overweight. I hope to get down to a healthy range but it is hard work but I’m slowly chipping away at it.

My BMI is 25.7, the normal in the metric system being 18.5-24.9
I lost a lot of weight after I switched to a milder antipsychotic and started moving more and doing portion control.
But honestly a lot of it is due to an eating disorder too, so it’s not to be recommended.

I weight 77kg now. Despite my weight being in the “overweight” category, I don’t feel like I should lose much more.

BMI is just a guideline, and there’s a lot of things it doesn’t take into account, like whether your weight comes from muscle or fat, and stuff like that.

All I have to do is take Latuda.
