I would like to talk about yogic exrcise which helps to recover,mainly The 12 basic poses or asanas are much more than just stretching. They open the energy channels, chakras and psychic centers of the body while increasing flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune systems. Along with proper breathing or pranayama, asanas also calm the mind and reduce stress. With regular practice one can ensure overall physical and mental health and the possible prevention of diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and arthritis. In time, performing the poses slowly and consciously, becomes a mental exercise in concentration and meditation.
How’s your full lotus? Yoga doses nothing for me and mines about 99.99% complete. Freaks the hell out of people I can do it. Even my instructors who can’t. My motto now is never trust a yoga instructor who can’t do a full lotus. As yoga mediation while going through psychosis is not something I’d wish on anyone! .

I love yoga asana’s. I’ve been doing them for about 10 years now. It keeps me “young”, and it keeps my arthritis manageable.
I’ve done some meditation, but no yoga. I think my body is too old to loosen up.
The Times I’ve gone to yoga recently I left feel mentally tired, relaxed but tired. I could also feel every ache in my body. I guess yoga centered me and brought awareness to all those parts that are usually numb.

God has been ordering me for months now not to do yoga anymore. He insists that it is idol worship. Yoga is actually originated from Hinduism, and each yoga pose represents a different Hindu god. Even the names of the poses are of the Hindu gods. So, really, He’s right. So, I have to quit my beloved yoga of 10 years. I am going to start doing generic stretch exercises in place of it, starting today. I have a routine all made out and ready. I know its not the same, but, it will work. Exercise is exercise.
