Do you believe that if children aren’t told about sex that they won’t know enough to do it when they grow up? I’ve heard this. That there has to be conversation about it to the next generation.

I was explained sex in basics when I was 8. before that my brother found my dad’s porn stash. I knew about sex before sex education but I never thought about it.

I don’t think the sex education in schools is worth ■■■■. They don’t tell you how to properly please your partner or partners. They leave out all the various and interchangeable sexualities that you might grow up to witness or become. It’s a very sad state of affairs for sex in this country.

They should teach schools about mental illness. When in doubt ■■■■
I was never told anything about dating or sex, had to figure it out on my own and when I figured it out, it was like finding a candy store for the first time
I agree they should teach about mental health in schools. And both my kids had sex ed in their health class and it was fine. They were even taught about lgbt issues
Education is very important and my mum told me all about it. She even used to pin condoms to my shirt before school.

ah the first time I actually found out how it is done I was 10 or 11 and I puked.
I was sick for like 2 weeks afterwards
My friend borrowed a video tape from a guy in our class and we watched like 7 girls together.
It was like watching an alien of some sort.
As to parents who don’t want their child being taught sex education in school I say this: There is a difference between education and training. Do you want your son to have sex education or sex training?
