I suffer fatigue. That’s why I don’t work. It’s not entirely the medicine, it’s a burnt out brain. I played guitar and mandolin today an hour total and it is all I can do. I also went outside for forty minutes. I cooked chili and called it a day. I would like to read or watch YouTube videos but I’m struggling to stay awake. What do you think: did I do a lot today? I really am in trouble if I don’t get out and walk as I would lose the ability with a weak back and tight leg muscles. Today I got hope I can walk to the store again. I’m at least 50 lbs overweight. I recently had my morning Valium cut too, which is great to only take 2 mg a day.
Sorry to hear that. I get fatigue too but for me it’s from being on 25mg olanzapine. I can manage part time work but I work for my father so I can come in whenever I want to (I’m know I’m lucky). That is definitely doing a good amount.
I have some degree of fatigue with the combined sz, medication, diabetes , and currently covid. Caffeine helps.
Yeah, I suffer from fatigue too but manage to work. Thinking of joining a walking group.
There are times when I feel like doing nothing
Kinda like fatigue, but I am very lazy. I should be walking at least 5k steps a day, but I don’t have the energy.
It’s the meds and low t making me lazy.
Yeah, i get exhausted a lot these days and i hardly do anything, its really annoying, total fatigue
I’m always super tired with brain fog. The Haldol shot gives me a little energy though. But since I’m having so much trouble sleeping at night I’m getting really worn out. The shot causes me hot flashes that are really intense. They keep me up at night
I think exercise is key and so is coffee
Meds can also be sedative and drain your energy. An AD might help as well.
I get fatigue I like to rest alot
