I left a voicemail for my pdoc but was wondering if anyone experienced this. I’m tired ALL the time since starting abilify back up. Well I’m on the highest dose now (30 mg) and was on 15 before. I’m also on remeron. Also my arms are weak feeling. I hope they lower my dose or something because this is unbearable.

The highest dose I was on was 20mg and I felt like a zombie on it. I’m doing ok on 15mg now.
Different doses affect people differently.
I don’t know anything about remeron.

I’m on a low dose, but it get easier as your body gets used to it, I found

How long did it take for you to get used to it?

I’m pretty bad a guessing times but probably 3 months or so

So it probably is the abilify then. Ugh lol well hopefully they can just decrease the dose because I think the hospital went over board with the dose trying to get me stablized.

I’m sure they’ll bring it down to 20 mg. 30mg is high especially if ur tired and weak like this. Best of luck

Wen I was on 15mg I was so much more weak and tired than I am now.(now on 5mg) I agree I think it’s the abilify.

I had to fight to get on a lower dose, they do over do it sometimes, but often a higher dose is good to get you back on track then they lowered it after a couple of months for me

Ugh I just dont think I can handle this feeling for months. My job is pretty demanding
maybe give it a week and see how you feel

Abilify causes extreme restlessness off my meds atm
I was on 20mg for a month or two and it gave me the worst akathasia/anhedonia of any AP I’ve ever been on. I couldn’t sit still or concentrate on anything. Always felt like I had to do something, but I didn’t know what, and everything I did felt like I was watching paint dry. It seems like it works fine for a lot of people, but definitely wasn’t for me.
So apparently I’ve been taking double the amount I’m supposed to.

30 is what I’m suppose to take but I’ve been taking 60. 30 in the morning and 30 at night. I didnt realize I’m supposed to break the pills in half.

Wow u have been taking 60? No wonder you haven’t been feeling well. Hopefully the effects clear up soon so you can feel better. It’s good you caught that!
