I do get sleepy yes, but I’m not sure if it’s the abilify or my lack of physical activity to be honest.

just 10mg. The minimum dose. But I have been on up to 20mg in the past. I worked my way down with my pdoc. How about you roxanna? What dose are you on?

I took abilify for a while. No side effects but it didn’t work for me.

Roxanna just try and think positive that after a couple weeks you could be feeling better. It just might be a good med for you. A lot of people do really well on Abilify. I’m going to make a wish tonight that it works for you.

Well done for taking the first step and taking your new meds. Im3 on 15mg, I’ve been up to 30mg. 15 is a good enough dose for me.
