Hey guys. Sun was recently prescribed both of these meds by different doctors. I noticed the interaction between them can cause prolonged QT. I left messages with both docs, but don’t expect to hear back quickly. Does anyone else take both these meds together?
I used to take risperidone with lexapro that did qt prolongation. I took it for years, none of 4 pdocs said anything about it. Now looking back, I had random irregular heart rythm (wonky heary lol) or when i was coughing a lot it would go wonky again. But it was rare like 1 incident in a month or two. At first ir scared me then got used to it

I don’t take both, but I take Abilify. Don’t be surprised if they get some insomnia at first on Abilify. I stayed up like 3 days straight when I first started taking it. Now, I am just tired throughout the day on it without caffeine pills.
