When I got it, the first 2 weeks I would feel great, after that I would slowly feel like I did during psychosis like it wore off. Everyone is different. But it is nice to not have to take a pill everyday. I was on 400mg.

Did you have disorganized thoughts by any chance? Intrusive thoughts? I just got put on the shot 300mg. I hope it helps cause im at wits end. Im suicidal every day cause of my symptoms
I started on this med two months ago while in the hospital. The only thing I’ve noticed is that toward the end of my first injection’s efficacy my symptoms increased. And I have been more hungry and have gained 4 or 5 lbs in the first two months…which may not sound like a big deal but I’ve lost 60 lb this year and want to get rid of the rest of the excess and have been working hard on that. It’s hard to be at the mercy of a drug in regard to its side effects.
