I even thought about living in the US to get it but my parents won’t let me and my monthly income will be stopped if I go live in the US.

I can see that working. Just ask the doctor for 10mg Abilify.

How’s mood on 10mg abilify? For me it didn’t work out but 5mg keeps me out of depression.

I am not bipolar or sza. I just have sz. Mood was good better than now on 20mg Abilify.

I just take Aripiprazole(Abilify) 10mg for my positive symptoms too. I dunno. I still have negatives on Abilify but not quite as bad as they were on Invega. Hopefully your theory will work out for you.

I think invega is basically the same thing as Risperdal if I remember correctly.

Its not a theory, I didnt have negative symptoms for the 8yrs I was on Abilify before joining this forum.

I was put on Abilify back in 2011 and didnt have negative symptoms. Negative symptoms started since switching from Abilify 20mg to Latuda 80mg and then 3mg Risperdal.

Yes, but you are still going to remain on a low dose of Risperdal, no?

Yea I will but negative symptoms should improve since I will lower risperdal and add Abilify partial agonist. My theory is that if a low dose Abilify will cause the same impulsive problems that were caused by 20mg Abilify.

From what I remember impulsive problems started once I went above 10mg Abilify.

I will be happy with any improvement in negative symptoms, even if its only 10%.

True. Every little bit helps.
Is your doctor going to allow the change? If I remember correctly your pdoc was against you using Abilify again.

At first yes but then he changed his mind and prescribed me 2mg but my parents were against Abilify so I told him to cancel the prescription. He also prescribed 1mg Rexulti but I didnt pick it up from the pharmacy. I see my gp 1 june, I think he will refer me to a psychiatrist.

The voices are the same as always. Not even clozapine helped with the voices. But my paranoia is down from what it was and I have no delusions currently. I don’t have any side effects other than some minor restlessness but it’s not really bothersome, keeps me active
