I don’t have access to my 2022 blood test results yet but I have acess to the 2021 one. My liver enzymes are almost all high, above 100. Internist dr said its my zyprexa back when I was on it but changing it to other APs did not make a difference as I had high liver enzymes way before sz and way before taking any meds. Back then they didn’t know the cause but after doing a liver ultrasound in 2018, it showed moderately severe fatty liver disease with no cirrhosis yet so Dr said to not worry.
2022 Dr said my liver enzymes are even higher and today I will be doing another liver ultrasound. My A1C was 5.8% in the 2021 blood test. 2022 Dr said its normal but idk the value yet.
I obviously don’t know the specifics of what’s going on with you, but I do know that I was taking Trintellix when my liver enzymes were high. My docs cut it out of med regimen on suspicion that it could be affecting them. My next couple liver enzymes tests were better and have remained better since, so medication is a possibility. Shouldn’t be too hard for you to look up potential liver issues related to specific meds on internet and consult with doc about them.
Geodon can alter liver levels. I was told this. So can latuda I believe. Prolly the combo. If that’s the only altered number though, that’s not terrible.
