It’a actually not that bad. When I read all the things that can go wrong and the problems I could have I put off starting for a week and I was really worried I’d have those problems. But I can fall asleep with a full face mask on and stay asleep. I usually naturally wake up at 7:00 am and I’ll take it off and sometimes sleep more. The mask on my face fits good and it’s not leaking. I notice I’m, sleeping better than usual; I’m waiting to feel more energy during the day; it hasn’t happened yet, maybe in time. Cleaning the equipment every day is a hassle but doable. So far, pleased with this whole CPAP thing.

Doc told me to give it up to three months before feeling effect when I was prescribed a mouth piece.
Cpap i couldn’t use, it felt uncomfortable.
Give it some time, you’ll probably feel more alert soon.
