Tonight I had alot of sadness in my heart that went down into my stomach I could actually feel the sorrow in my heart and it hurt alot I don’t understand completely why nothing out of the ordinary going on in life I just can’t shake the feeling that something bad happened or is going to happen

I’m having a hard night too. I just feel very empty and sad.
I just keep telling myself that tomorrow can be better
We’ll be ok
